\"\u2705\"<\/span> S\u00ed, la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual establece que los derechos de explotaci\u00f3n de una obra literaria, como ser\u00eda este caso, se transmiten por causa de muerte por cualquiera de los medios admitidos en Derecho. Por lo tanto, el autor puede legar en su testamento notarial dichos documentos y archivos a una determinada persona. De no hacer esta designaci\u00f3n, pasar\u00e1n a sus herederos (los que figuren en el testamento, o los herederos intestados determinados por la Ley, si fallece sin otorgar testamento).<\/div>\n

\"\u27a1\ufe0f\"<\/span> En cualquier caso, al estar depositada la obra en una \u201cnube digital\u201d, ser\u00eda interesante que el autor designara en su testamento un \u201calbacea digital\u201d, encargado de gestionar dicho alojamiento digital y cumplir fielmente las instrucciones del testador sobre el contenido almacenado, conserv\u00e1ndolo y entreg\u00e1ndolo, en su caso, a los herederos o destinatarios.<\/div>\n
