Recordamos que para hacer un testamento basta con presentar el Documento Nacional de Identidad y explicar al notario c\u00f3mo queremos repartir nuestro patrimonio.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4c\/1\/16\/25aa.png\" alt=\"\u25aa\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>El testamento abierto notarial es el m\u00e1s com\u00fan. El notario informa y asesora al testador sobre c\u00f3mo puede distribuir sus bienes entre sus herederos y redacta su contenido ajustado a la legalidad vigente. Se encarga tambi\u00e9n de la conservaci\u00f3n del testamento y de remitir un parte informando de su existencia al Registro de \u00daltimas Voluntades.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4c\/1\/16\/25aa.png\" alt=\"\u25aa\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>Cuando el estado civil del testador es casado y con hijos, el modelo de testamento m\u00e1s utilizado es aquel en el que la pareja se deja el usufructo el uno al otro y nombran herederos a los hijos. Es un testamento individual y cada c\u00f3nyuge debe hacer el suyo.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4c\/1\/16\/25aa.png\" alt=\"\u25aa\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>En el testamento tenemos que decir a qui\u00e9n queremos dejar nuestros bienes y c\u00f3mo queremos repartirlos entre nuestros herederos. Sin embargo, el testador no siempre es libre de dejar su patrimonio como quiera. En Espa\u00f1a, tanto en los territorios de Derecho com\u00fan como en varios territorios con Derecho foral o especial, existe la leg\u00edtima, figura jur\u00eddica que marca los l\u00edmites del reparto de los bienes a los herederos, denominados \u201cherederos forzosos\u201d o legitimarios.
