El notario se limita a reflejar lo observado, por lo que es muy habitual que se incluyan fotograf\u00edas tomadas personalmente por el notario, que en el futuro servir\u00e1n para probar frente a terceros la realidad que estas reflejan.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"x3nfvp2 x1j61x8r x1fcty0u xdj266r xhhsvwb xat24cr xgzva0m xxymvpz xlup9mm x1kky2od\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"xz74otr\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tcd\/2\/16\/25aa.png\" alt=\"\u25aa\ufe0f\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipos de actas de presencia existen?<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de este tipo de actas existen subtipos como las de entrega, las de exhibici\u00f3n de objetos, o de existencia de una persona\u2026<\/p>\n<p>La realizaci\u00f3n de un acta notarial de presencia conlleva la previa indicaci\u00f3n al notario de toda la informaci\u00f3n pertinente al acontecimiento que se desea recoger de forma acreditada (lugar, hora\u2026).
