Se trata de evitar que esa persona siga actuando en nuestro nombre y que lo hecho por ella, ignorando la revocaci\u00f3n, sea v\u00e1lido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25aa\ufe0f\u00bfC\u00f3mo s\u00e9 que no volver\u00e1n a usar el poder que conced\u00ed?<br>La revocaci\u00f3n notarial deja sin efecto el poder que hab\u00edamos concedido. Debe solicitarse al apoderado la entrega de la copia de la escritura de poder al apoderado, sin la cual no puede seguir ejerciendo el poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25aa\ufe0f\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si a pesar de revocar el poder lo siguen utilizando?<br>Si nuestro apoderado lo ha realizado de buena fe, nos obliga.
